Hi Jack, sorry to be so late in replying … I think the only records of Carlos’ visit in 1931 are held at the Panopticon Theatre, Argyle Street, Glasgow … in the form of flyers for the Glasgow and Edinburgh dates. His ‘secret’ excursions between these appearances throughout Scotland have no newspaper documentation, as they were unplanned and unpublicised. I hope this helps….
